I provide in person and virtual psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and groups at Brooklyn Integrative Psychological Services.
I bring a keen awareness of structural and systemic racism, through personal experience and extensive study. I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach to my work with clients.
I have previously worked with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and groups on challenges including, but not limited to: racial identity formation, race related trauma, perinatal and post-partum challenges, non-monogamy, dating, familial relationships, career difficulties, adolescent challenges, transitions into adulthood, anxiety, and depression.
Upon starting therapy, we will determine your priorities and create a personalized therapeutic plan. Beginning therapy can be scary. Seeking out help is a critical first step to healing, so be proud of yourself for even considering it.
