Every person’s journey is unique, and I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore life’s challenges and uncover the strength you already carry within you. Together, we’ll navigate whatever comes your way, building on your strengths and finding real, meaningful solutions. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
I am a queer, Black therapist who specializes in providing care to the LQBTQIA population and those who identify as neurodivergent. I am kink knowledgeable and enjoy working with couples, especially those who are poly. My approach is direct but warm with an emphasis on trauma-informed care and a client centered approach.
My goal as a therapist is to break the stigma of discussing mental health in Black and Brown communities. I am passionate about helping you feel accepted and heard.
