I focus on clients with relationship or sexuality concerns. This encompasses all types of relationships, including those that are ethically non-monogamous or 2SLGBTQI+. I am also knowledgeable about BDSM/kink sexualities. Currently, I am working with people from a diverse cultural background who are dealing with issues surrounding infidelity, relationship conflict, pornography, sex work, non-monogamy, desire discrepancies, and gender/sexual identity. I also work with clients on a variety of mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, assertiveness, self-esteem, ADHD, procrastination, grief, etc.

I combine a wide range of theoretical approaches and intervention techniques depending on the unique needs of my clients. We start by developing clarity of needs and identifying the underlying issues in order to increase self-awareness and build collaborative targeted solutions.

I emphasize a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel understood and comfortable being vulnerable. I also strive to be inclusive and informed of diverse cultural and sexual identities. Overall, I am highly motivated to create genuine connections that foster healing and self-growth.
