Our mission is to extend quality, affordable mental health services to sexual and gender minority groups in New York State. We want to provide a place where people from all walks and life can feel safe and understood while receiving mental health care from a dedicated, nonjudgmental professional. This practice strives to be neurodiversity affirming, anti-racist, and sex positive. We also offer sliding scale fees to increase the accessibility of our services.
Ren Keiper, LMHC (they/she) is the owner and director of Closetless Mental Health Counseling. They are an openly queer, nonbinary, polyamorous, and neurodivergent therapist who deeply cares about empowering marginalized communities. They often work with clients who have ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
All of our therapists are passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, neurodivergent, kinky, and BIPOC folks. Our therapists all have different training, therapeutic approaches, specialities, and life experiences. This allows us to accommodate clients with a variety of different life circumstances and therapeutic goals.
