I offer integrative psychotherapy tailored to each individual's needs, drawing from Systemic Sex Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. My work is deeply informed by anti-oppressive, anti-racist, sex-positive, queer, and feminist frameworks, allowing me to approach each client’s experience with nuance and care.
Beyond my work as a therapist, I am deeply committed to advocacy, social justice, and community engagement. I believe that fostering systemic change is just as vital as working with individuals in therapy. Outside of my work, I find joy in reading, skiing, climbing, rewatching comfort shows, cooking with my partner, and spending playful moments with my pets.
