I’m an open-minded, sex-positive Psychotherapist and Counsellor who affirms LGBTQIA+ identities and supports those exploring Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD). I work with diagnosed, self-diagnosed, and self-identified neurodivergent clients, including those with ASD, ADHD, and OCD.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and may include therapeutic coaching—tailoring strategies to work with your brain, not against it. I also provide a knowledgeable, non-judgmental space for those in consensual non-monogamy, kink, BDSM, and the sex industry. My work is trauma-informed, with experience supporting survivors of abuse. Whether you are struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth and self-discovery, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and empowerment.
