I am a UKCP trainee therapist specialising in Transactional Analysis. I also use ecological and transpersonal approaches, bringing nature and diverse frames of reference into our work. My work is highly tailored to each client, integrating play, creativity, and core TA models to explore patterns, relationships, and the here-and-now.
Part of the LGBTQIA+ community and originally from Ireland, I bring an awareness of cultural difference, identity, and the complex ways our backgrounds shape us. My 13-year career as a teacher and pastoral leader in secondary education informs my understanding of learning, change, and the pressures many face in education and beyond. I am kink-friendly and sex-positive.
Being in the room with me is both validating and gently challenging. Together, we co-create the small nudges that can help you move forward, whether in longer-term work or within a shorter timeframe. I use clear contracting to ensure consent and clarity—especially when introducing new ways of working, such as chair work, play and metaphor, or outdoor therapy.
I offer sessions in person, online, and outdoors, and sometimes facilitate group spaces. Outdoor work is always carefully contracted and begins indoors with consultation and exploration of our options for working in nature. I work with adults and young people, supporting those navigating personal change, systemic pressures, and the search for a more connected life.
