I’m a doctoral student at Adler University and a Staff Therapist and Diagnostician at Interaction Dynamics. My therapeutic style is collaborative and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family and Couples Systems Therapy, and Humanistic perspectives. I view therapy as a space we create together, one where curiosity, honesty, and compassion allow real self-understanding and change to unfold.
I work with children, teens, and adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental differences such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I’m especially passionate about men’s mental health and am currently conducting dissertation research on the experiences of male survivors of intimate partner abuse.
As a knowledge kink and polyamory affirming clinician, I welcome clients who practice alternative relationship structures or engage in diverse sexual expressions. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore intimacy, communication, and self-acceptance without needing to educate your therapist first. I also have extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and approach every client with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect.
As a practicing Pagan, I value the role of spirituality and ritual in healing, yet I welcome and honor all belief systems and worldviews. For clients who are interested, I can incorporate reflective or esoteric tools such as tarot cards, mindfulness, or symbolic practices into our sessions to deepen self-understanding and meaning-making. Whether your spirituality is rooted in organized religion, personal philosophy, nature-based practice, or secular reflection, my goal is to meet you where you are and integrate what feels authentic to you. Ultimately, I aim to help you cultivate balance, clarity, and a sense of wholeness that aligns with your unique story.
