Business Description
As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with different forms of substance use, as well as a range of mental health issues. But on a personal level, I love to learn about how our past experiences shape the things we believe about ourselves today. In the vast majority of cases, I think our actions make perfect sense based on what we've gone through in the past. The problem comes when these experiences, beliefs, and actions start to make life harder than it needs to be. As a therapist, I accompany people on their own healing journeys as they work to cultivate the healthiest and most authentic versions of themselves.
