My Work
A mix of soft landings, brave questions, belly laughs, and—when needed—a well-placed curse word. ;-)
Many clients come to me before they even have words for what’s wrong, just a deep sense that something isn’t working. Life might look “together” from the outside, but inside it feels like burnout, dread, or the constant pressure to be better. Together, we slow down, get curious, and make sense of what’s been tangled.
My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your inner wisdom. We’ll name the patterns—like perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, or creative paralysis—that have helped you survive, and then explore what’s next. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Health at Every Size (HAES), somatic practices, and attachment-based healing. We won’t chase perfection. We’ll make room for your full humanity and continue to orient toward the next right step.
My Belief
Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with what’s already wise within you. I admire the courage it takes to question systems, beliefs, relationships, or identities that no longer fit. My role is to walk beside you as you rediscover what’s real and true for you.

My Background
Before entering the counseling field, I spent years as a Suzuki cello teacher and later as a business consultant, supporting creatives and changemakers navigating trauma, burnout, and major transitions. My MBA graduate studies explored narcissism in leadership, cult influence, and coercive control in marketing psychology. These insights now inform my clinical mental health work with clients confronting power dynamics, identity, and purpose.
I’m completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling ('26) and practicing under supervision at Greenlake Wellness Group.
My Self
Like many of my clients, I’ve been shaped by complex lived experiences, including religious trauma, chronic illness, and the pressures of high-achieving, creative environments. I’m deeply connected to the queer, neurodivergent, and body-liberationist communities, and I welcome those who’ve ever felt “too much” or “never quite fit the mold.”
If you find comfort in metaphors, dark humor, and soul-deep conversations, you’ll likely feel at home in our sessions together.
My Rates for Telehealth Sessions
As of January 2026, individual telehealth sessions are $50–$100 each, and couples telehealth sessions are $100. Please choose a rate that best fits your budget within this range. I'm not in-network with insurance and do not provide superbills.
Therapy works best with consistency. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may incur a $50 fee for sliding-scale clients, unless due to illness or an emergency.
