I’m a queer Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in California offering affirming therapy for sex, love, and relationships. My work is grounded in a humanistic, relational approach shaped by both lived experience and professional training. I believe healing happens in connection, and therapy can be a place to rebuild safety, trust, and belonging.
Over the past three years, I have supported clients in integrating non-ordinary and psychedelic experiences, helping them process insights related to identity, embodiment, intimacy, relationships, grief, and life transitions. Integration work is trauma-informed, consent-centered, and grounded in harm reduction. All work occurs within the scope of psychotherapy; I do not facilitate or provide substances.
I provide queer-, trans-, and kink-affirming care and welcome clients from consensual non-monogamy and BDSM communities. I also offer support for individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, parenting and postpartum transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life changes.
Additionally, I host a monthly postpartum processing group for new parents seeking connection and support during this transition. I accept Medi-Cal, offer sliding-scale options, and work with private-pay clients. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and designed to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
