I'm Joe, a Gestalt Psychotherapist in advanced training. I offer an open-minded and non-judgemental space for you to be fully seen whilst you gently explore areas of your life where you may feel stuck, supporting you to bring awareness and self-acceptance to your experience in order to live in a more meaningful and fulfilling way. I am passionate about supporting people to embrace their uniqueness and live to their full potential by compassionately letting go of ways of being which no longer serve them.
