My name is Jocelyn, my pronouns are She/Her and I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with a focus in LGBTQIA+ identities and relationships.
I work exclusively online with individuals and intimate partners.
A confidential and safe space is vital to the therapy I offer. Therapy can be a vulnerable experience and it is important that you feel that you can be authentic in that space to discuss yourself, your life, the relationships you hold and how they impact on one another.
I work in a neurodivergent affirming way, meaning that whatever you may be coming to therapy for, we will find a way to work with your brain, rather than against it. This can involve modifying exercises for sessions, ensuring that any knowledge is fully understood. It can also include outside of session actions, such as session scheduling.
As a pluralistic therapist I combine models, tools and approaches from a variety of schools of therapy in order to best suit you and your needs. This ensures that any decisions, tools and approached related to the direction and ongoing therapy are made together to best benefit you. I am an anti-oppressive practice and work in a trauma informed way.
