My practice works with individuals, couples, and polycules who want healthier, more fulfilling relationships but feel stuck in painful patterns. Many clients are navigating non-monogamy, jealousy, trust concerns, intimacy struggles, or conflict that keeps repeating no matter how many times you talk about it. Others are adjusting to the identity and role shifts of new parenthood, or managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions that impact how they show up in relationships. What our clients share is a desire for clarity, connection, and growth, and a willingness to do real work with support that feels affirming, practical, and nonjudgmental.
Our focus and specialty is helping you communicate more effectively, repair after rupture, and build relationships that feel secure, connected, and sustainable. We specialize in open relationships and non-monogamy, sex therapy, and DBT-informed tools for managing emotions, reducing reactivity, and increasing self-trust. We are sex-positive and kink-aware, and we work with clients across many identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ clients, polyamorous families, and people exploring sexuality and identity. We are also allied with bisexual, lesbian, non-binary, queer, transgender, sex worker, immuno-disorder, and single-parent communities.
Our approach is eclectic and humanistic, integrating DBT, CBT, Gottman Method strategies, and sex therapy tools. Sessions are collaborative, tailored to your needs, and grounded in warmth, humor, curiosity, and practical skill-building. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying the weight of disconnection, conflict, or self-doubt for a long time. You do not have to figure it out alone. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and connected, we’d love to support your next step toward change.
