Thank you for taking the steps to get here. I am a newly-certified Peer Wellness Specialist in Adult Mental Health with lived experience of my own mental health challenges as well as working within oppressive systems as a member of multiple underprivileged communities. Whether you're struggling with queer identity, daily living, unemployment, BDSM or polyam-related experiences, or feel alone and hopeless, I am here to listen to your story without judgement and see what we can do about it together.
Cascadia Health is a health system built on whole and unified care, covering services from supported daily living to primary care. The Garlington Center is located in east downtown Portland and provides primary care, SUD treatment, and mental health peer support. I am part of integrated care, which means you would have to be a registered participant of Cascadia Health in order to receive my services. If you are interested in applying, please consult your primary care provider or give Cascadia a call to see what your next steps would be. For more information, check out https://cascadiahealth.org/
