My practice is rooted in community with over 15 years of experience in peer support, group facilitation, front line crisis intervention, and grassroots community organizing. I have primarily worked with young people, 2SLGBTQQIA+ folks, and Indigenous communities. I deeply values harm reduction and self-determination in healing work. My approach is person-centered, relational, culturally grounded, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and sex-positive.
