Conflict and disagreement is a fundamental part of human relationships, and mediation offers a respectful space to be heard, reflect, and find a path forward that feels right for everyone involved. I offer mediation grounded in the understanding-based model, which both centers the autonomy of everyone involved and honors the connections between them, supporting you in making informed, collaborative decisions. We take time to understand what matters most to each person, identify areas of overlap and difference, and consider creative possibilities for resolution.
Rather than imposing solutions, I guide the process in a way that helps people connect, communicate, and move forward with clarity and care. I also offer trainings for groups of any size, to help you build skills and establish a process and approach for working through disagreement, and individual coaching for people looking to skill-build or troubleshoot one on one.
