Your journey is important—and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I view therapy as a collaborative and creative process—one where we work together to help you become your best self, build more adaptive patterns, and navigate the complexities of your environment with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach is non-pathologizing, curious, direct, and creative. I aim to meet you as a whole person, not a diagnosis, and to create space for exploration, insight, and meaningful change.
I also hold a critical, anti-capitalist and decolonizing lens toward mental health. This means recognizing how systems of oppression—including capitalism, colonialism, racism, and other forms of structural harm—shape our emotional lives. Rather than locating “problems” solely within the individual, I work with you to understand your experiences in context, honoring your resilience while challenging narratives that pathologize survival.
Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck—but healing is possible. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy that supports a sense of safety, offers relief, and fosters lasting transformation. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your experiences while building toward growth.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to explore your emotional world, process relational dynamics, and deepen your self-understanding. My goal is to create an affirming, non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to express your authentic self and move toward the life you want.
