I offer a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore identity, relationships, meaning, and healing at their own pace. My approach is integrative, drawing from trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, attachment theory, and contemplative practices. I support clients in working with complex emotional landscapes, life transitions, spiritual inquiry, and patterns shaped by both personal history and larger systems.
I am kink-aware and polyamory-affirming, and I welcome clients across a wide spectrum of relationship structures, identities, and expressions. I hold a nonjudgmental, sex-positive stance and understand that experiences of intimacy, power, and connection can be central to a person’s wellbeing. Whether you are navigating communication, boundaries, desire, stigma, or integration of these identities into your broader life, I aim to offer a space of respect, curiosity, and attunement.
In addition to psychotherapy, I offer preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences as well as psilocybin services in and am a Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in the state of CO. grounded in harm reduction and inner-directed approaches that honor each person’s innate capacity for healing.
My work is rooted in presence, compassion, and a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual’s path.
My Approach
I believe that all beings carry an innate wisdom within themselves-a deep, intelligent knowing that naturally orients us toward healing and wholeness. Healing is not something imposed from the outside; it emerges when the right conditions are present. My work is devoted to creating spaces that support access to this inner wisdom, allowing what is already alive within you to unfold in its own time and way.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a systemic perspective, which means I hold your experiences within the broader contexts that shape them, including your relationships, community, culture, and the larger social systems you move through.
Together, we explore how these layers have influenced your story while also reconnecting to your inherent capacity for healing and meaning-making. I also draw from a transpersonal and spiritual orientation, honoring the ways that healing can include not only the mind and body, but also the deeper dimensions of identity, purpose, and connection.
My work is integrative and rooted in both clinical practice and ancestral ways of knowing. I weave together attachment-focused care, somatic awareness, liberation psychology, and existential inquiry, alongside an animistic understanding of our relationship with the natural world. This includes remembering connection, not only to people, but also to land, food, plants, and the wider web of life. The intention is to support healing that feels grounded, relational, and transformative, helping you come into greater alignment with yourself, your community, and the world around you.
My role as a practitioner is not to fix or direct, but to cultivate the conditions that allow healing to emerge organically. I do this through presence, attuned listening, witnessing, reflection, and authentic human connection. I aim to offer a space that feels safe, spacious, and responsive—one where complexity is welcome and all parts of you are met with care.
I work with the understanding that healing is relational, embodied, and often non-linear. It may involve moments of clarity and expansion alongside periods of uncertainty or rest. At the heart of my approach is deep respect for your autonomy and inner authority. My intention is to walk alongside you, offering steadiness and reflection as you reconnect with your own wisdom, agency, and capacity for healing.
