Alexandria is a Student Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing her Master of Counselling Psychology, offering individual therapy in English, both in-person in Ottawa and online across Ontario. She works with adults navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, relational, and non-pathologizing, grounded in curiosity about the whole of a person’s experience. Alexandria draws from attachment-based, CBT, and trauma-informed perspectives to support clients in better understanding their patterns, making sense of their experiences, and building more secure and meaningful connections in their lives.
Alexandria strives to create a space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and genuine. She is LGBTQ+-affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and ENM-affirming, welcoming clients across a range of identities, sexualities, and relationship structures — whether they’re navigating monogamy, open relationships, polyamory, swinging, or other consensually non-monogamous configurations. She recognizes the importance of safety, autonomy, and authenticity in personal and relational growth.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or even a little intimidating, especially when talking about relationships or more vulnerable parts of yourself. Alexandria aims to make that first step feel more comfortable by creating a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
As a Student Psychotherapist, Alexandria is committed to ongoing learning and clinical supervision. She values authenticity in therapy and believes meaningful change happens through connection, honesty, and curiosity — meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
