Relationships and life transitions can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. I work with adults and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. With couples, I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild connection, and better understand recurring patterns in their relationship. My work is informed by the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral approaches, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness.
I welcome clients in traditional and nontraditional relationships and provide a sex-positive, kink-aware, and poly-aware therapeutic environment. I approach clients' relationships, sexuality, and identities with curiosity and respect rather than assumptions about what a healthy relationship should look like. My goal is to provide a space where clients can talk openly about the parts of their lives and relationships that matter to them.
I provide therapy by secure video throughout California, with limited in-person availability in Sacramento. I offer a free 15-minute consultation for prospective clients.
