I have been practicing trusts & estates law in Palo Alto since 2011. My services include: ~ Estate Planning ~ Probate ~ Trust Administration ~ Special Needs Trusts ~ Multi-party agreements for non-traditional families co-owning a home. My office is fluent in poly/kink/gender/sexual orientation matters. I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, although I no longer offer psychotherapy or psychological counseling. However, my experience as a LMFT guides me to plan for relational outcomes of my services.

Larissa is an attorney and mediator with 10 years of experience. She has experience in family law, estate planning, educational and corporate compliance, criminal defense, commercial real estate, corporation set up, immigration, and other areas including representing investors in domestic real estate transactions and their related legal issues, such as employment law disputes, ADA issues, contract negotiation, etc.Additionally, Larissa has experience in extensive project management, corporate and educational compliance, and event management and coordination. She finds this non-legal experience incredibly valuable, in that it makes her a well rounded attorney, and better able to see the bigger picture-a skill that an attorney does not always keep sharpened as they are trained to look at the smaller details.Larissa is a kink-knowledgeable attorney and often gives presentations on radical sexuality and "alternative" lifestyles and the law, throughout the state of Michigan and across the country.
