The Women's Institute for Sexual Health (WISH) is a medical practice that focuses on the treatment of female patients who face the unique challenges of sexual health. Holistic treatment is provided in a nonjudgemental and confidential manner. We often collaborate among other appropriate health care professionals in order to best serve our clients. Treatment is provided for complaints such as (but not limited to) low libido, diminished arousal/orgasm, painful intercourse/sex play, vulvovaginal skin conditions, chronic vulvovaginal and/or pelvic pain and bladder dysfunction. Brooke Faught, MSN, WHNP-BC, IF serves as the clincial director of WISH which was founded in 2005. WISH is a division of Urology Associates, the largest urology practice in Tennessee which was established in the 1940's and current has 36 physicians.
