- Art Therapist trained in Jungian psychology and philosophy since 2012, with advanced training in Art and Expressive Therapy completed in 2018.
- Kink Conscious certified since 2021, with training within the fields of BDSM, conscious kink and sexuality.
- Works with themes related to BDSM, sexuality, identity, mindfulness and creative expression.
- Extensive experience in sexual abuse prevention through volunteer and board-level work, and active within both Norwegian and international kink communities.
- Has over 20 years of personal meditative practice with a focus on mindfulness and presence.
- Co-host of Kinkkast with Aud Jektvik & Hylja D. Häninger (Norwegian language).
