I love working with people from a wide range of identities and backgrounds. I see each person as having a unique constellation of experiences, identities, and strengths, and I value getting to know what makes you you. I have particular experience working with people who identify as neurodivergent, queer, kinky, or polyamorous, and I strive to create a space that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and grounded in respect for your lived experience.
I see many of the struggles people bring to therapy as coming from different parts of themselves that are trying, in their own ways, to help or protect. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and grounded approach, where we move at your pace while gently exploring the different parts of you and what they carry.
