I assist folks of all different backgrounds with navigating mental health and wellness in a non-judgmental space that is accepting of polyamourous, CNM, and kink/bdsm lifestyles and orientations. I currently work under the supervision of De'An Olson Roper, LCSW-S and provider therapy services at Realistic Expectations, PLLC in Richardson, TX.

Crystal works from an attachment based, trauma informed, and relational perspective and specialized in working with Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) individuals and couples.

Crystal’s passion is helping people who feel like they are in transition in their life; whether healing from past trauma, navigating relationship changes, or exploring lifestyle issues related to being part of LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and/or kink communities. She has worked extensively with people exploring gender and sexual identities by offering radical acceptance, infinite curiosity, and deep compassion to those seeking to discover their authentic life. She also has significant experience working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors by supporting their healing process and working through shame to find empowerment.

Be Intentional Financial is a remote, fee-only financial planning firm that specializes in working with trans, queer, and polyamorous folks. We help clients understand their current financial situation, figure out their short- and long-term financial goals, and make a plan to get from here to there!
