At Weird and Well Counseling in Conway, AR, therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about being understood.
Our work is grounded in the belief that your experiences, coping strategies, and identity all make sense in context, not as problems to be pathologized. We explore the connections between nervous systems, trauma, identity, relationships, and the broader systems and culture that shape your life.
We especially love supporting queer, neurodivergent, trauma-affected, and “high-functioning but exhausted” individuals who have spent years masking or trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built for them. Using a blend of trauma therapy, somatic work, parts work, and neuroscience-informed approaches, we’ve created a space that feels human, affirming, and a little unconventional, because healing doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical.
At its core, “Weird and Well” means you don’t have to become less of yourself to build a life that feels good.
