I approach therapy as a co-explorer; working with my clients to access their internal compass, identify personal values that move them through the world, and uncover inner resources they are already equipped with that can provide healing in relationship to them-self and others. I accompany clients on their path to explore life’s challenges, process losses and trauma, or examine the internal landscape that shapes who they are.

I provide individual therapy and Gottman Method couples' therapy in person and via teletherapy.

Serving clients in Texas, Florida, and North Carolina, we focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, and career concerns with evidence-based care and measurable progress.

Everett Uhl is a marriage and family therapist based in Raleigh, NC. She offers in-person and virtual individual, couples, sex and EMDR therapy.
