I'm Julia Dominguez, a licensed Clinical Psychopedagogist (Lic. en Psicopedagogía Clínica) with active professional registration in Argentina, along with postgraduate diplomas in Sexology, Sex Education, and Couples Therapy.
My clinical method is grounded in learning processes: I work with how people construct, block, or repair their relationship to knowledge, desire, and the body. Rather than applying generic techniques, I approach each case as a unique learning process, reading symptoms and difficulties as forms of adaptation rather than deficits — and working collaboratively to open up new possibilities and a stronger sense of agency.
From this clinical foundation, I support individuals, couples, and families across a range of areas: learning difficulties, inclusive sex education, sexuality and disability, and relationship dynamics — always from a non-judgmental, rights-based perspective.
Before moving into clinical practice, I ran a sex shop where I collaborated with artists and designed my own BDSM products, working closely with the kink community on fit, safety, and accessibility. A significant part of my clientele included people with disabilities, which shaped my ongoing commitment to accessible, body-diverse approaches to intimacy — a commitment that remains central to my clinical work today.
Areas of work:
- Psychopedagogical clinical support for families and learning difficulties
- Inclusive sex education
- Sexuality and disability
- Couples counseling
- Kink-affirmative and non-monogamy-aware relationship support
- LGBTQ+ affirming practice
I offer online consultations in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, by video call or written consultation, adapted to the pace and needs of each person.
