I come to this work understanding that starting therapy can feel vulnerable - especially when you are discussing kink and BDSM. I have a personal and professional investment in the liberating and radical nature of kink and its potential to heal and give us a sense of safety in our own bodies again. My approach is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel possible and how therapy should be a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space rooted in curiosity and compassion.

I have a personal and professional investment in the liberating and radical nature of kink and its potential to heal and give us a sense ofsafety in our own bodies again. My approach is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel possible and how therapy should be a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space rooted in curiosity and compassion.
I specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, sexuality and gender identity, LGBTQIA, kink/BDSM and polyamory/non-monogamy.
My approach rooted is deeply in being trauma-informed and strengths-based while thoughtfully integrating the use of attachment work, EMDR, DBT, narrative, sex therapy, ACT, mindfulness and somatic/body based practices, allowing us to move beyond insight alone—supporting change that is felt, not just understood.
Virtually serving in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. I'm available daytimes and select evenings. In-person late 2026.
I am in-network for Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Anthem BCBS and Optum/UnitedHealthCare but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions
