I am a Relational Awareness Coach, Intimacy Guide, and IFS-informed practitioner offering kink-aware, sex worker-affirming support for individuals and partners seeking deeper connection, self-understanding, and healthier relationships.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Authentic Relating, attachment theory, and embodied relational practices. I support clients in exploring the parts of themselves that have learned to protect, adapt, hide, or perform, creating more space for Self-leadership, compassion, authenticity, and choice.
With over 20 years of experience navigating the adult industry, I bring a unique understanding of intimacy, vulnerability, boundaries, identity, embodiment, stigma, and the complexity of being seen. This lived experience informs my ability to meet clients with curiosity, respect, and without judgment.
I work with people exploring relationship challenges, intimacy, life transitions, identity, emotional patterns, and personal growth. I welcome clients from diverse relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy and kink communities, and I am committed to creating an affirming space where clients can explore their experiences without shame or pathologizing.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas, am a Level 2 IFS-informed practitioner through IFSCA, and a certified Relateful facilitator. I have facilitated more than 800 hours of relational practice groups focused on authentic communication, emotional awareness, and meaningful connection.
My work is based on the belief that healing happens through relationship: our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the parts of ourselves that have carried our stories. Together, we cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and freedom to live more authentically.
