Chicago Area Kink-Aware Therapy

I am a Kink-Aware Therapist with deep knowledge of BDSM and erotic minority practices. You can call me for a free phone consultation. Psychotherapy has been called “the talking cure” and a “cure through love.” This unique relationship is supportive of where you are at now, and, in an optimal way, provides the insights you need for healthy, lasting change. My work with clients is marked by a warm and non-judgmental approach that allows people to share what brings them into session, even when these issues may be hard to talk about or are currently experienced as shameful. I work relationally and enjoy connecting with clients at all stages of recovery from psychological worries—from those interested in trying therapy for the first time to folks returning for another period of exploration and growth. I have completed advanced training in working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) clients, and my research explores affirming clinical work with practitioners of BDSM and Kink.
