We all have additional and continuing education in Sexual Health and in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples; certain clinicians have unique areas of expertise, including advanced specialized training in the following areas: Sex Therapy, Brainspotting and TF-CBT (for trauma), Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy, and Gender Affirming Therapy.

Jennifer Rehor is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, receives case consultation in Sexual Health and BDSM/Kink on an on-going basis, and has an MA in Human Sexuality Studies. Jennifer is also a sexuality researcher and the co-author of Women and Kink: Relationships, Reasons, and Stories. As the founder of Affirming Therapy Center, she provides supervision or case consultation to all ATC clinicians.
Jennifer is a caring and empathetic listener with a collaborative approach and likens her role to catalyst for the change you are desiring. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, sexual health, and personal growth. Jennifer’s background in Sexology brings a comfort and openness to topics about sexuality and encourages discussion in a non-judgmental and honest manner.

Sandra Koellmann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a Certificate of Completion from the University of Michigan’s Sex Educator and Sex Therapy program. She has studied and worked in the field of sexual health for more than a decade, assisting her clients with sexual functioning and intimacy issues, anxiety, depression and general relationship concerns. Sandra engages with her clients to reveal their own answers and truths so that they may live their absolute best lives. As a sex-positive therapist, she finds great fulfillment in helping people to realize that sexual pleasure is your birth-right, in harmony with a rich and fulfilling life.

Jesse Jones is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MS in Counseling (with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy) from SDSU. Jesse brings experience working with a variety of relationship structures such as monogamy, open, polyamory, BDSM dynamics, and many other frameworks in the GSRD communities. He imbues his work with warmth, honesty and humor to guide clients in the conversations that are important to realizing their hopes and desires. Jesse views his role as a thoughtful and encouraging influence to help you discover, develop, and trust your innate power, abilities, and sense of self.

Jake Ryan is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently earning a PhD in Human Sexuality at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Jake will help you to experience heightened mental and sexual health by recognizing the ways they’re connected, allowing you to take control of your narrative.
