Hi! I'm a Licensed Psychologist with specialties in emotional abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and sexual functioning/wellness. My treatment focuses on helping clients understand and use their emotions more adaptively. I also integrate other evidence-based therapies to match what is likely to work best for each client as an individual.
My experience in sex/kink comes from originally wanting to be a sex researcher, but realizing I just like helping others on a more individual level. I also wrote my dissertation on CNM/ENM. I identify as sex positive, Poly/CNM/ENM affirming, and Kink/BDSM competent provider. I don't think that clients should have to separate out parts of themselves, so I love to support those that have complicated concerns that involve sex and sexuality.
