After working for decades with couples and organizations through the design process and pushing through to the implementation of a shared vision, we have learned a few things about how to bring our projects success even with complexity in context and personalities. We support our clients when the situation demands that all parties adjust their solutions to account for the unanticipated - serving as a sort of complete life-cycle project manager and negotiation support, sometimes, even through the grief process or a crisis. We navigate our clients through the process of identifying problems and shepherding them through, where needed, by providing hands-on assistance or 3rd party facilitation, to implement and maintain solutions.
