I am a queer, nonbinary, and kinky therapist and coach, licensed in Illinois and Michigan. I work with individuals, couples, polycules, and families navigating trauma, grief, intimacy, sex, non-monogamy, and chronic health. My practice is strength-based: I believe people already carry resilience, wisdom, and creativity within them, and our work is about uncovering and amplifying those capacities.
I see kink not only as an identity but also as a powerful philosophy and lens for understanding the world. It offers tools for consent, communication, creativity, and embodiment that can deepen relationships and personal growth. Kink can also be a practical practice for exploring boundaries, pleasure, and power in ways that are healing and liberatory.
In sessions, I integrate somatic therapy, narrative practices, and attachment-based approaches, grounded in Polyvagal Theory and strengths frameworks. We attend to the stories you carry, how they live in your body, and how they shape your connections. Together, we untangle cultural shame and systemic oppression from your own desires, needs, and boundaries—making more space for intimacy, pleasure, and belonging.
Whether you’re processing grief, building coping skills for anxiety, or seeking joy and authenticity in sex and relationships, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy and coaching can be a place where you are affirmed, supported, and celebrated.
