Business Description
I am a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist practicing virtually across Ontario. My approach is trauma-informed and depth-oriented, with a focus on grief, trauma, and patterns of stuckness. I integrate experiential methods, somatic awareness, and parts work to support clients in processing and shifting emotional experiences.
My practice is rooted in relational and anti-oppressive values. I work with clients from diverse communities, including queer, kink, and sex worker communities, and I strive to provide affirming care that respects clients’ identities, practices, and chosen relationships.
Sessions are 50 minutes at $120 (no HST). Sliding scale options are available for clients experiencing financial hardship.
