I am currently only working with self-pay clients. My rates are $225 for 50 minute individual sessions and $300 for 60 minute couples sessions, with an additional $80 per additional partner for polycules. I offer weekly and bimonthly sessions depending on your needs. While I am not in-network with any insurance panels, I am happy to provide superbills for clients with out of network reimbursement benefits.

I accept payment by credit card or e-transfer through a secure platform. The standard fee is $120 per 50-minute session (no HST). Sliding scale spots are available on request for clients experiencing financial hardship. I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide receipts that clients can submit for reimbursement if their plan covers Registered Nurse Psychotherapists.
