Our holistic coaching, counselling and wellness practices help people (re)discover deeper connection with themselves, in their human & more-than-human relationships, and with their intuitive & spiritual capacities. The main way we do this is through relaxation- and mindfulness-based practices: encouraging slowing down, holding space for silence and pauses, noticing more of what is present in the moment. We believe that when we slow down and take a break from trying to make things change, that is precisely when spontaneous, effortless action towards sustainable change will arise. We consider our work as based on mindfulness and somatics, but with a uniquely ecological and ecospiritual focus - seeing each person not only as an individual, but as part of a greater ecological network of relations, only some of which are human.
