I am a clinical social worker specializing in mental health therapy for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer individuals. My experience as an out Queer provider enables me to offer individualized and effective outpatient mental health care to LGBTQ+ people.

I have worked with enough kink and poly clients to know that finding a therapist that is aware and welcoming can be a difficult challenge. You're nervous to schedule a first appointment with someone because you never know truly how that first interaction will be. My counseling practice is open, welcoming and completely non-judgmental. I'm never shocked and truly want to help everyone feel better and make positive changes, no matter their "issue." I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and sex therapist. My training has focused on: working with people who live with chronic health issues live their ideal sex life; people who engage in kink and BDSM; individuals exploring their sexual orientation; people living within or exploring alternative relationship dynamics such as non-monogamy; individuals experiencing sexual compulsivity, sexual addiction or out-of-control sexual behaviors; people exploring the intersection of their sexual health and chemical health/substance use; and individuals recovering from sexual trauma and sexual abuse. My hope is to help anyone I work with, regardless of their struggles, define and work toward their idea of sexual health.
