My clinical interests include LGBTQIA2S+ community, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating the transitions of menopause. I’m passionate about creating space where people can better understand themselves and feel affirmed in who they are.

Invigorate Life Counseling, pllc is a group of collaborating therapists whose diverse expertise and shared passion for what we do create a positive and personal experience. Emily brings a thoughtful, grounded, open-minded, and creative approach to her work with you.She believes that counseling and therapy is a collaborative process, and operates as a guide to help you reach your goals. Emily uses the creative process and art-making as a tool to explore issues that are arising in your or your child or teens life, bringing awareness, meaning, and deeper connection with the self. She believes you dont need to be an artist or be good at art to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences with art materials to support and inform your process of personal growth. Emily works with individuals of all backgrounds, and has experience with children, youth, young adults, including GLBTQIA and gender-fluid populations. She believes that working together, offering and receiving mentorship, and being involved in our community can make our lives better, bring empowerment, and a sense of well-being and personal gratification.

I am a sex-positive therapist that is an active member of the kink, non-monogamous, and queer communities. I also work with sex workers and believe that sex work is real work. I wish to support all individuals, partners, families, and more in their congruent identities, lifestyles, interests, and sexualities. As a couple and family therapist, I believe in examining not just my clients, but their relationships, broader contexts, and systems to understand and help them. I work collaboratively with my clients to establish their goals, their treatment plan, and how we will work together. One of my main priorities is to establish and maintain an environment conducive to your growth. I work primarily from a postmodern narrative, feminist, and person-centered approach.
