Dr. Nadine Jastfelder is a systemic counsellor and certified sex educator (gsp) with over 14 years of professional experience in the field of sexuality. In her practice LustPerspektiven in Cologne she offers sexual and couples counselling with a focus on kink, BDSM, chastity dynamics, D/s relationships, consensual non-monogamy and polyamory. All relationship models, sexual orientations and identities are welcome.
Her approach is systemic and resource oriented, explicitly non-pathologizing: kink and BDSM are treated as valid forms of intimacy, not as symptoms. Typical topics include negotiating desires and boundaries within relationships, differing levels of interest between partners, integrating kink into long term relationships, coming out as kinky towards a partner, and shame around one's own desires.
