We are only in network with Kaiser and OHP Insurance. Clients are charged for services on the day of each session unless they are using Kaiser or OHP insurance. Please note: Rebel Heart Therapy is NOT in network with First Choice, even when written under Kaiser. Upon request, we can submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement on your behalf. Please note: Clients are charged for services at the time of their service. Not all therapeutic issues are reimbursable; you must verify the specifics of your coverage. Contact your insurance provider to determine if you have out-of-network coverage. We cannot provide you with specific information about your out-of-network reimbursement. The client is responsible for verifying out-of-network benefits with their insurance company. Please be aware that submitting a claim for reimbursement requires a diagnosis and carries a certain amount of risk. Once a claim is submitted, we cannot control what happens to that private health information.
