I’m Joey, a licensed professional counselor and sex therapist. I work primarily with
individuals navigating sexuality, intimacy, and relationships, and I also welcome couples. Kink,
BDSM, and fetish interests are welcome topics in our conversations—whether you want to explore them, communicate about them with a partner, or address something else entirely.
You might be making sense of a particular desire, experiencing difficulties with arousal, or trying
to talk about needs that feel vulnerable to share. We can explore what your interests mean to you,
how they fit into your life, and what you want from your sexual experiences and relationships.
I specialize in working with ADHD and autistic adults. Attention, sensory needs, medication effects, and differences in communication can all shape intimacy. I bring clinical training and my own experience of being neurodivergent, alongside curiosity about what is particular to you.
My approach is humanistic and person-centered. Together, we explore recurring patterns, clarify what matters to you, and work toward changes that fit your life. Consent, autonomy, and respect guide our work. Clients of diverse genders and sexual orientations are welcome.
I’ve practiced as a licensed professional counselor since 2019 and am pursuing doctoral studies in
human sexuality at Widener University. My training includes ADHD-CCSP certification, affirmative therapy for transgender individuals and communities, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.
I offer telehealth throughout Pennsylvania. Individual and couples sessions are $160, with
superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement and limited sliding-scale availability. A free
15-minute consultation gives us a chance to discuss what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit.
