Hi! I offer individual coaching for adults with ADHD, or who are ASD/AuDHD. If you're feeling isolated or alone, or are looking for a community to grow with, Neuroqueer.org is an online peer support and coaching community for neurodivergent LGBTQQI+ adults to access co-regulation, education and empowerment. Sometimes we just need someone to help us figure things out. Solution Focused Support: Executive Functioning, Psychoeducation, Neuroscience, Self-Determination, Empowerment, Implementation Science, Cognitive Behavioral Practice, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Efficacy, Social Learning, Custom System & Strategy Development.

You deserve a psychotherapist who is accepting and treats you with respect. I will never judge you or expect you to make changes that don’t fit with your beliefs, values and who you are as a person. I know it’s difficult to find someone who is truly supportive. I trust that you know what’s right for you. My goal is to be supportive and help you to live the life you want as the best version of yourself. I provide a safe space for you to explore and heal. You have the right to choose the kind of relationships that want to be in and to be supported in developing them.
