Austin Inclusive Counseling, PLLC
Crystal’s passion is helping people who feel like they are in transition in their life; whether healing from past trauma, navigating relationship changes, or exploring lifestyle issues related to being part of LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and/or kink communities. She has worked extensively with people exploring gender and sexual identities by offering radical acceptance, infinite curiosity, and deep compassion to those seeking to discover their authentic life. She also has significant experience working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors by supporting their healing process and working through shame to find empowerment.
I have worked with people struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, self-esteem, PTSD, and existential issues. I have struggled with many of these things in my own life. I am offering my training and experience to help you explore your issues with compassion and understanding.
I have also worked with people navigating lifestyles such as LGBTQ+, polyamorous relationships, and BDSM. As a therapist, and a human being, I reject terms like non-normative and alternative to describe these choices. There is no right or wrong way to be a human being. Everyone deserves to feel accepted for who they are.
I believe “normal” is different for everyone. Finding our own version of normal and living an authentic life is essential to being happy. I believe that everyone possesses the strength to overcome the obstacles in their life. No two problems, no matter how similar, are alike – so I pull from a variety of treatment techniques, tailoring my approach to meet your particular needs.
