We have seen the ways that eros can coexist harmoniously with leadership, facilitation, and community building when done with integrity. We have also seen the ways in which systems of harm can infultrate “safe-spaces” when we lack awareness and accountability. Our approach acknowledges that things like social conditioning and lack of resources/education influence mistakes in leadership ALL THE TIME, our coaching aims to be a judgement-free resource in moving with integrity.
