Most people who come to me — individuals and couples — arrive saying they want to communicate better. But communication is rarely the real issue. What's actually missing is usually four things: knowing what they want, the permission to want what you want, the conviction to ask for it in a way that can be received, and the emotional capacity to handle the outcome, whether the answer is yes or no.

That's where we begin.

I work with high-achievers and power couples who are navigating identity shifts — people who have built impressive lives and still feel something essential is missing. Something has gone quiet. The relationship works on paper but something between you has dimmed. Or you know what you want but you don't yet have the language, the safety, or the courage to say it out loud.

Some of the people I work with are exploring questions they haven't yet fully named — around desire, power dynamics, aliveness, or aspects of their lives that sit just outside the conversation they've been able to have so far. Others are simply trying to find their way back to themselves after years of performing the version of themselves their life required.

What I bring to this work is an understanding of the nervous system — how it creates the patterns that keep you stuck, how safety is built in the body before it exists in a relationship, and how desire, identity, and relational health are all running on the same wiring. Through conversation, reflection, and embodiment practices, we interrupt the loops that keep you circling the same territory and restore what I call relational agency — the capacity to show up honestly, to ask for what you need, and to hold both freedom and connection at the same time.

I don't coach people on how to carry out specific arrangements or dynamics. What I do is help you understand what your desires and fears represent — how they intersect with your values, your history, and your relational life - so that you can approach the conversations that matter with clarity, honesty, and care.

This work touches many things: the erotic and the esoteric, safety and freedom, masculine and feminine energy, ethical non-monogamy, modern leadership at home and at work, identity in transition, and what it actually means to live from your own truth rather than the story you inherited.

I hold degrees in Psychology and Anthropology and bring certifications in trauma-informed coaching, emotional intelligence, somatic practice, and erotic intelligence. But more than credentials, I bring the work I have done on myself — and a deep conviction that the most important conversations are the ones most people are not yet having.
