People often come to me saying they want to “improve communication,” but communication is rarely the real issue. More often it comes down to three things: permission to want what they want, the conviction to ask for it in a way that can be received, and the emotional capacity to handle the outcome whether the answer is yes or no.

My work helps clients understand their nervous systems, the stories and beliefs shaping their behaviour, and the relational patterns that keep them stuck. Through reflective dialogue and embodiment exercises, we interrupt those loops and restore relational agency, polarity, and emotional resilience.
