Swingers Ed is a trauma-informed relationship education platform I created to help adults make sense of their emotional chaos, especially when navigating ethical non-monogamy. I work with people who are swinging, open, poly-curious, or just tired of doing relationships the way they were taught.
My work is rooted in narrative therapy, attachment theory, systems thinking, and the Gottman Method. I use those frameworks not just because they’re effective, but because they helped me rebuild my own life. I don’t come to this work as an outsider. I’ve lived it, studied it, and now I teach it.
I help people get clear on their communication, boundaries, desires, and emotional regulation — not in some abstract, theoretical way, but in a grounded, practical, human way. This isn’t therapy. This is a machete for the emotional jungle that most of us were never trained to navigate.
My approach is especially supportive for neurodivergent individuals, those new to ENM, or anyone seeking relationship education that’s smart, compassionate, and genuine.
